It took me a long time to give strength training a try, but it completely shifted how I think about fitness. I used to think cardio and eating less were the answer. Strength training changed my mindset, which changed my habits, which ultimately changed my body.

I was so inspired by what a strength training program did for my life that I decided to make a career change and become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.

My custom virtual training packages are $100 per month and are built around your goals, your schedule, and the equipment you have available.

Workouts are delivered through a state-of-the-art training app and are primarily designed around gym-based strength training. Home workouts can be incorporated depending on your schedule and available equipment.

I specialize in helping young moms find themselves again through the changes and constant demands of motherhood, using strength training to rebuild confidence and long-term health. While many of my clients are moms, I work with men and women of all backgrounds who want to get stronger and build lasting healthy habits.
