Chili Soup

Meaty and mild, this Chili soup is similar to what is served at Wendy’s, and is a hit with our entire family.
Around 38 grams of protein per bowl and only 400 calories!

3 lbs Ground Beef
29 oz can Tomato Sauce
29 oz can kidney beans (not drained)
29 oz can pinto beans (not drained)
28 oz can diced tomatoes
1 yellow onion finely diced
2 stalks celery chopped
1 jalapeno seeded and diced
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 T cumin powder
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp salt
1 cup water

Brown and drain hamburger and combine all ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer at least an hour. Also works great in a crock pot!
