Ham Egg Cheese Bagels

Ham, Egg, and Cheese Bagels

A quick, one pan, protein packed meal that you can grab and go out the door as breakfast, a quick lunch, or supper!

1 Package (6) plain bagels
1/2 Pound Sliced Ham
8 eggs
2 c shredded colby jack cheese
Spreadable butter

Dice ham into small pieces and scramble eggs and cook on griddle or skillet. Salt and pepper mixture to taste. Add cheese and stir until mixture is melted and combined. Remove from skillet or griddle and wipe clean. Lightly butter inside of bagel and toast face down on gridle or skillet. Flip over, cover in ham egg and cheese mixture and assemble sandwich. Toast outside on both sides and remove from heat.
