Big Burger Bowls

One of my go to low calorie, high protein meals that is filling, delicious, and is so macro friendly.
1 serving is 275 calories and 25 grams of protein!

2 pounds 90-10 Ground Beef
4 bullion cubes
1 tsp black pepper
2 c Shredded Lettuce
1/2 c Diced Onion
1.5 c Chopped pickles (or relish)
Thousand Island Dressing (For topping)

Brown and thoroughly drain burger (can also rinse with hot water for additional calorie reduction). Melt bullion cubes in 1 c hot water. Add water, broth, pepper, and onion back to skillet and reduce down until water is gone and onions are cooked. Remove from heat.

1 serving is 1/4 pound cooked beef, 1 T thousand island dressing, with pickles and lettuce to taste for 275 calories and 25 grams of protein!
