BBQ Meatballs

This may be the most delicious recipe on the website! The perfect from scratch meatball with just the right touch of sweet and smoky in the sauce. This recipe makes enough for 2 meals for our family of 6 and they freeze raw or cooked, and work great as a meal prep!

Meatball

13 oz Can Evaporated Milk
3 lbs Hamburger
2 c Quick Oats
2 eggs
1 c Onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic Powder
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp chili powder

Sauce

2 c Ketchup
1 1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 T Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 c Onions Chopped

Combine ingredients for meatballs and sauce separately. Shape meat into 1.5” to 2” balls and place in glass 9x13” dish in a single layer. Top with sauce. Bake for 1 Hour at 350 degrees.
