Air Fryer Kickin’ Chicken & Cauliflower

Need a quick, low cal, high protein lunch? This meal provides 70 grams of protein (depending on the size of your chicken breast), is SUPER filling, quick, and comes in at about 600 calories.

1 Large chicken Breast
Kick’n Chicken Seasoning
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Package frozen cauliflower

Butterfly the chicken breast in half to reduce thickness and pound with a tenderizier. Season liberally with kickin’ chicken seasoning (or your favorite substitute). Melt butter and toss frozen cauliflower in melted butter to coat. Arrange in air fryer basket and cook at 400 for 12-15 minutes, turning chicken at half way and stirring cauliflower until chicken is done to 165 in center and edges are golden brown. Salt cauliflower to taste.
