Protein Balls

Ingredients including a jar of creamy peanut butter, a honey bear bottle, oats, chocolate chips, colorful candy-coated chocolates, and a measuring cup on a wooden board.

With all 4 of our kids playing sports, we are on the move constantly year around. A lot of times we have long days with multiple games and these no bake protein balls are the perfect energy packed treat to keep our little ballers fueled up for the day. Did I mention that all of us LOVE them too? Try them out!

1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Honey
1/3 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder
2 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Mini M&M’s

Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix with a spatula until well combined. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper or silicon baking sheet and drop balls using a mini ice cream scoop onto it. Use your hands to roll them into balls. Refrigerate until firm, can freeze in an air tight container for storage.

Yields about 24 Protein Balls and Approximately 4g of protein per ball.
